Paragraph Tag
From the menu go to:
Insert > HTMLTags > Paragraph.
Insert Hint:
For non-existing text you can insert any HTML tags at the cursor location. For existing text, highlight the desired text and then insert selected tag.
The <

> tag defines a paragraph.
