Bg Image and Bg Color specify a background image and background color for the page.
Text Color and Links define default colors for Text Color, Links, Visited Links, and Active Links. If left blank default browser colors will apply. See also: Color Picker. You can also control colors using CSS style sheets; see: CSS Wizard.
Left Margin and Top Margin specify the sizes of page margins in the body tag, for Microsoft Internet Explorer only. Netscape Navigator ignores these values, using Margin Width and Margin Height instead. For best cross-browser results, provide margin values for both browsers instead of just one browser; fill in all four margin values instead of just two. To ensure that no margins appear in either browser, set all four values to 0.

Document Encoding specifies the encoding used for characters in the document. For English and Western European languages, choose Western. Additional options include Central European, Cyrillic, Greek, Icelandic, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Korean. If an option for the encoding you want is not available, choose Other to create a document with the encoding your operating system is using.
