From the menu go to: Insert > Tables >	Vertical Alignment >
	Horizontal Alignment>

Use the vertical alignment attribute for data cell content vertical positioning.
Options are:
Top
Middle
Bottom
Baseline

Most tags support the horizontal alignment attribute. Use to center tag content
Options are:
Left
Center
Right
